Mgr. Anton Kozyč, MBA

Anton Kozyč is the principal partner of Kozycz Advisory. He is a real-estate professional, business adviser and lawyer.

His real-estate and investment work dates to 2010. It has included property acquisitions and disposals, development, financing and distressed assets.

A substantial part of his work is corporate and investment transactions: M&A, structuring, due diligence, financing and negotiations with owners, investors and other stakeholders.

He has held senior roles in international real-estate organizations. That includes Regional Director and co-founding shareholder of Keller Williams Czech, and Managing Partner of an ERA agency in Prague.

This mix lets him read a transaction as a business, a negotiation, a structure and a set of people, not as a single discipline.

At Kozycz Advisory he leads strategic direction, major transactions, real-estate assignments and key client relationships.
